I've got 30 of 96 blocks done (it's in hexagons). Student teaching starts right after MLK Jr day, but we have seminars the week before. Can't believe I'm saying this, but I'll miss the North Country. Maybe not the weather, though. It was a completely different experience as a 21-year-old with only one semester left. Not a moment squandered! Thanks for the checklist -- and this blog! I'll be living here to student teach so I wanted to get settled as quickly as possible! After that, a trip to the library to pick up some books I've been meaning to read. Pile a few friends into a car and just go. Go and find a place of musical significance, a piece of musical history. Do it without GPS, phones ect.
